India’s gin renaissance has entered its second act. 🍸

After a decade of botanicals, provenance and the rise of Indian craft gin, the conversation is shifting — towards better serves, sharper technique and the glorious return of the Martini.

For my latest for @slurrpapp, I spoke to the people shaping that next chapter — from @anandinaglass, @rajan_sethi, @gauridevidayal, @vaniithajaiin, @rumdoodle69, @i_am_rahulkamath, @kaaz01, @marcodongi and @kwok.samuel — and looked at many home grown brands — @greaterthangin, @hapusagin, @strangerandsons, @vanahagin, as well as global influx’ Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire, Beefeater, Gordon’s, Roku, Setouchi Lemon

We have great bars across the country like @seenattopbanana, @idorubombay, @mtwbar, @taftoonindia, and internationally @barsathorn, @theoppositeshk

Because maybe the future of gin isn’t more — it’s simply better.

I don’t travel much but last week, I answered the call of Bangkok - for the first time. She was … everything and more. But she was most powerful as a reminder that people make the place. My love and thanks to everyone in these slides for sharing your beautifully distinct views of the city with me. And @germainewoon_ , @jxnell and @thefoundryasia , a lifetime supply of roses and Palomas. You’re more important than any airport or airline 🌹🌹
