BUILDING POWER.

Marco working through explosive jumps, unilateral power, and strength movements using accommodating resistance.

⚡️ Hurdle jumps + Vertimax Raptor
⚡️ Single-leg hurdle jumps + Raptor
⚡️ Front squat to pins (half squat) + chains
⚡️ TRX rows + chains

Accommodating resistance changes the amount of resistance throughout the movement. With chains, the load increases as more of the chain comes off the floor, allowing us to challenge force production through different portions of the range of motion.

We still have some adjustments to make with chain placement, but this is a solid start and another way we can manipulate the training stimulus

BTS 🎥 w/ JR | Part 4

Next year, I’m stepping on stage. That’s the goal, and I’m putting it out there.

I’m tired. Between training, running, coaching, posting content, and editing videos, the days get long. But I know this season is temporary.

Will it get easier in the future? Absolutely. But only if I keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and stay consistent when nobody’s watching.

Everything I’m building today is setting me up for where I want to be tomorrow.

If you’re ready to stop waiting and start building the lifestyle you’ve been chasing, DM me “START” and join my 2-month lifestyle coaching program. Let’s put in the work together. 💪🔥

72 HOURS OUT 🦍

Round 5 of 100 Men vs The Gorilla

Last one set the tone…
This one raises the bar.

Same intensity.
Same brotherhood.
Same environment that forces you to LEVEL UP.

But this time… we’re adding another layer 👇🏾

After we train hard and break bread—
Sean Cattouse is stepping in to lead an ALL MEN’S YOGA session

Yeah… yoga.

Because being a complete man isn’t just about strength—
it’s about mobility, control, discipline, and presence.

Most men ignore that side…
That’s why most men stay stuck.

This isn’t just a workout.
This is an EXPERIENCE.

If you’ve been feeling off…
If you know you’re capable of more…
If you need to be around strong men again…

👉 This is where you need to be.

We’re 72 hours out and spots are filling.
We need to know who’s pulling up so we can build this the RIGHT way.

DM “GORILLA” right now to lock in.

Don’t think about it.
Move.

2025 Has Come To An End

Reflect on the wins.
Own the losses.
Learn the lessons.

Then ask yourself one question:
What stays and what gets left behind in 2026?

Growth requires reflection.
Progress requires sacrifice.

Walk into the new year lighter.
Sharper.
More disciplined.

The next version of you is waiting

One thing is certain: If I give up, I’ll never know how far I could’ve gone. I’ll never know what was waiting for me on the other side of struggle, pain, and doubt. I’ll never know my true potential. And that’s a regret I refuse to carry. That’s why I keep going. That’s why I will never give up.
