Another @healthoptimisationsummit done and my god, it just keeps getting bigger and better 🔥

I am so unbelievably proud of what we built, and feel so grateful to be part of something this big, helping people become healthier, happier and more connected. It’s at times like these, all of us together in one room, that the change we so desperately need in the world truly happens 🙏🏼

We also launched our first ever Business of Health day, where we got to support and connect the founders, brands and game changers building the future of this industry. The feedback has been incredible, so there will be many more of those to come 🚀

HUGE shout out to my business partner in crime and one of my best friends @timbiohacker , for always pushing us to think bigger, grow, evolve and building an awesome team to do it. I would not want to do this crazy journey with anyone else 💚

Big love to our amazing team for their blood, sweat and tears that have gone into this beast of an event, you’re incredible @jake.hull9 @sarahd_smiles @dorcah @frankhanford @dominiquemullally @gigitreehugger @neilateem @tammyxaf and all of you ❤️

Big thank you to all our amazing speakers, exhibitors and volunteers for all the energy, passion and warmth you brought this weekend 🫶🏼👏🏼

Next up: Austin, Texas in April 🇺🇸🔥🤩

Minding the gap 🇬🇧 sunny London is super pretty.

Most people don’t have a sleep problem.
They’re just overstimulated at night.

Modern life flipped our biology.
We get blue light all day… and all night.

Phones. Screens. LEDs.
Your brain stays in “day mode” when it should be winding down.

That’s why more people are wearing orange glasses at night.

They help your body relax, fall asleep faster, and sleep deeper.

Wear them 2-3 hours before bed.
Simple, but it works.

The ones I use are from @swanwick. It’s the only brand backed by two university studies showing a 59% improvement in sleep quality and a 35-50% boost in melatonin thanks to their tint and blue-light-reflecting coating.

If you’re curious, comment “BLUELIGHT” and I’ll send you the details.

I had the opportunity to take part in the first @healthoptimisationsummit retreat organized by @timbiohacker and his team—and without a doubt, it’s the best retreat I’ve ever experienced. 🌿

One of the highlights was experiencing Corfu in a completely different way. We had the chance to visit one of the island’s finest olive oil producers— @thegovernor.evoo While Tim was filming with @marcreator_ a reel about the production of this unique olive oil, we had the chance to speak with the owner ourselves. The insights he shared genuinely blew my mind—you’ll see more about that in the video. 🫒

What made this even more meaningful for me is something personal. Olives and olive oil have always been a huge passion of my dad’s. Seeing the dedication, craftsmanship, and pride behind it all made me feel proud, grateful, and honestly a bit emotional. ❤️

This video is split into two parts because there’s so much to share. Take your time, enjoy it, and I hope you learn something along the way. ✨

Part 2 to follow soon …

Cape Town doesn’t get nearly enough credit. I come back often, and somehow it still manages to outdo itself.

Old friends, new friends, a GQ feature for watch collecting (something I never thought mattered beyond making me happy) and watching two dear friends get married. All in one city.

Grateful doesn’t cover it, but it’s a start

People often ask what the daily foundations of health actually look like.

Here are a few that make a big difference:

1. Creatine in the morning: often overlooked outside the gym world, but creatine is a simple way to support both physical and cognitive performance. (I get mine from @qualialife.)

2. Daily electrolytes (@get.repowr): hydration isn’t just about water. Your nervous system relies on minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium to function properly.

3. Getting the right nutrients: modern diets don’t always provide all the nutrients the body needs to function properly. (My go-to to cover those gaps is @im8health)

4. Reducing EMF exposure at night: turning off WiFi and unnecessary electronics before bed can help create a lower-signal sleep environment. Devices like @elvy.ai make that easy.

5. Blocking blue light in the evening: artificial light after sunset can suppress melatonin. Wearing @swanwick Blue Blockers in the evening helps signal to the body that it’s time to wind down.

And most importantly: community.

The people around you shape your habits more than almost anything else. When you’re surrounded by people focused on health and growth, those behaviours become much easier to sustain.

That’s exactly what the Corfu Retreat (24–27 April 2026) is all about. If you’d like to join us in Greece this year, comment “CORFU” and I’ll send the details.

Tim 💚

Ps. If you can’t make it to Corfu, you can still join us at the @healthoptimisationsummit in London (11–13 September). Tickets are out now. Come learn, connect, and be part of the community.
