GOOD TIMES. No screaming in a talkback mic 😂. Ride by there now and you’d have a hard time remembering where the building was. #explorepage #reels #reelsinstagram #musicians #gospelmusic

GREAT TIMES doing promos last week for Deitrick Haddon & The Hill City Collective ‘s NEW ALBUM “LIVE IN LOS ANGELES”

We were on the Kirk Franklin’s Praise Radio Show & Pandora Music in the Sirius XM studio w/ Meta Washington. Pastor Deitrick had an awesome interview and hopefully this will be released soon…🙏🏾

I am always a sponge 🧽 in these types of settings. Even though I have been doing this for a long time, I’m still growing and learning so much!

Recording live vocals w/ quick musical changes & choreography on smaller in-studio stages are not as easy as it looks & we couldn’t fit the entire choir on the stage so a portion of us represented & IT WAS SUPER FUN!

Now who does their mic check to a Deitrick Haddon song while Deitrick Haddon is sitting there!!!! THE ENTIRE COLLECTIVE that’s who!!! HAHAHAHHAHA🤣🤣🤣🤣

You can’t hear them singing w/ me but WE ALL pretty much know every lyric to every verse to every one of our songs! ESPECIALLY “Without Christ” We sing ALL of Melvin’s runs 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This truly is a dream come true for me to squall and holla w/ this guy! I’ve sang FOR HIM a few times but now I get to sing WITH HIM and that’s SUPER DOPE! MY BROTHER IS A LEGEND and I’m so proud of him and very blessed & honoredI to see these moments up close.

THE ALBUM IS OUT NOW!!!! IT WILL BLESS YOUR ENTIRE LIFE! GOOOOOO GET IT!!!! YAY! ✨✨✨✨

A lot of people ask how do we MD. Some people do things different with cues in tracks and some are just thru communication over the talkback. Me, if I have a band that understands the assignment then it’s not much to talk about only reminders of certain key markers. Other than that this is how we get down locking lines, chords and flow. Notice everyone has their own vibes but not in the way and that’s what we call Making Music w/Creative Flow. Shoutout to @deanteduckett_thejustifiedcrew @deante_duckett yall go stream this music everywhere!!! #producer #musicdirector #musician #choir #vibes
