Challenges are always going to weigh something, but they don't have to weigh you down.

Sometimes you just need to change your position, trust the good people around you, and continue climbing.

Today we had a Bondi Send Off/attempt to lure Dragan back?

What a turnout. I know there are many more who would have loved to come if they could have. If you didn’t see Dima’s announcement about the gathering please do some 30 seconds down/up squats in his memory. Dragan would have liked that 💛

Honestly just at the burst into tears every few minutes stage 😭. Already miss @dragan1947 so much.

I’ve put up a much longer vid on YouTube if you’d like to know/see more about him. If you are a Bondi local you might find yourself in the videos. I feel very fortunate to have gotten to spend so much time with this legend.

If you’ve got any greats vids or stories feel free to share them with me. Would love to see them!

“Shoutout to @marcusbondibeach from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, the true OG and one of my greatest influences. Calisthenics on the Northern Beaches wouldn’t be where it is if he hadn’t paved the way first - I just wanted to remind every one of that. Respect the history” 🫡 @dycalisthenics #marcusbondi #sydneycalisthenics #calisthenicsog #bondioutdoorgym #bondibeachsydney

I’m not usually one for IG trends, but this one is too good not to.

Looking back on 2016.

From what I’ve seen posted, everyone seemed to have a completely transformational year in 2016!

Lets bring some of that energy into 2026 💥

Today I tried to focus on the kind of imagery that used to fill my mind when I heard the name of my favourite place on earth. Bondi. A place that has •been an endless source of new multicultural friends for me 🥰
•where I can always find a familiar face at all hours of the day and even at night 🫂
•where I’ve seen dolphins, sharks, Santa in Speedos and more. 🐬
