As this day comes to an end, I’ve been thinking about what this day meant to me 41 years ago.

My life changed when I became your mom, and from that day forward, you became part of my purpose. These years have brought growing pains, lessons, hard times, victories, and so much love. Through it all, I’m grateful for the man you’ve become and the journey that brought us here.
I hope you took time to celebrate yourself today and appreciate how far you’ve come.
Happy 41st Birthday, Marcus. May this next chapter be good to you.
I love you, always. ❤️

My heart didn’t even have time to settle… ❤️

From celebrating Kyla’s beautiful weekend, to walking into the love of my son Marcus, Taryn Caddy and my grandchildren.

It wasn’t big… it was simply love.
And it meant everything.

A soft, perfect ending…
and the sweetest beginning to 55 #littlethingsthatmakemehappy

40 years of love. 40 years of lessons. 40 years of watching my firstborn grow into the man and father I’m so proud of. We’ve made it this far together—and the best is still ahead. Happy Birthday, son. 💙#
