Watch to the end! 🎬 I decided to make a real set for a CG character. This may seem absurd, but it was the best way to make the location feel grounded and real. This was for a regional Super Bowl commercial. 🏈

Watch to the end for final result! I knew the most efficient way to get some low-cost action was to have the UTV jump a sand dune (wide VFX shot using the Unreal engine background and a tiny CG vehicle model) smash-cut with a hard landing. We accomplished that second part as a poor man’s process shot in a studio with the same Unreal Engine background speeding by behind. 🎬Thank you @strayvista 🙌

Introducing… the Octo mascot costume we made for @trybachans “Look for the Octopus” campaign directed by @commercials_by_ben.dave 🐙

This may be one of the most ambitious projects I’ve ever been a part of. When @jacquelinetaylorkeating asked me to be her assistant seamstress on this project with @marcusgraydoor leading & fabricating alongside Thomas Schneider, I was so EXCITED.

Working with this team was so much fun— bouncing ideas off of each other, working next to each other through the whole process and figuring out this Octo suit was truly a blast and such a wonderful experience. All the mock ups, pattern making and cutting, sewing, glueing, trial and error lead us to this gorgeous costume you see here. I’m so proud of us!

Thank you x1000 to Marcus for bringing us on and trusting us with Octo. We did it!

@cheyenne_dani96 you’re an icon and brought Octo to life. It was so cool to watch you work!

Taylor… I would follow you to the ends of the earth and I am so grateful for every project we get to work on together. Here’s to many more! ❤️

PS: we made a second one right after to send off on some new and exciting adventures. I can’t wait to see where else Octo will go!

Thank you so much to @marcusgraydoor for reaching out to me to do the fabric on this one. It tested so many skills and it felt so good to pull off with the team!! As always I couldn’t have done it without my North Star @melinayperez 💞 Thank you for helping me - I need you by my side forever🥹 We did so many mock-ups while playing A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out over and over and it was so much fun. Thank you so much to Marcus and Thomas for having us. It was so fun we did it again and built a second!

From roosterteeth to statefarm, pro wrestling to conventions and live streams. Ive been working in the industry since 2014 clawing my way up. Ill be looking for more proof of this on my camera roll.
