POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
This week, United States Department of Housing & Urban Development Secretary Marcia Fudge announced that the City of Birmingham and the Housing Authority of Birmingham District had received a $50,000,000 Choice Neighborhood Initiative grant that the city plans to use to kickstart a $294 million investment in the Graymont, Smithfield and College Hills neighborhoods including the redevelopment of the historic Smithfield Court providing over 1,100 subsidized, affordable and market-value apartment units and homes developed by Rule Enterprises led by my brother @b_rule and The Integral Group based in Atlanta, Georgia.

I’m grateful and blessed to be a part of this unbelievable team and am thankful for the opportunity to help to improve the quality of life in this community. Birmingham Mayor @woodfinforbham said that when he first ran for mayor, he campaigned door to door in these neighborhoods, and the Smithfield Choice plan addresses their concerns. I’m proud to say he is delivering on his promise to the residents of this historic community.

You never know how God will use you, the people he will place in your life and where he will take you in life but always remember to keep your trust in God and trust his plan. Thank you God!
