Wheeeeeww baby! This one right here gotta sista emotional. 🥹 I’ve watched her make the ultimate sacrifice to provide a better life for her children. She moved to another state where she knew NO ONE. Yall hear me, NOBODY! Despite that she was able to build connections and community. Never used her kids as an excuse to not have her boots on the ground. Them babies in the trenches doing the work WITH HER! Awe man this got me so fired up. Another single mother on her way to FINANCIAL FREEDOM! Congratulations @chalet_transformationcoach! Keep the pedal to the metal baby!

There was a time in my life when I gave people more grace than I gave myself. Whether it was while in an intimate relationship, or even a friendship; I accepted excuses or reasons why less than was ok.

However, since I’ve been on my wellness journey, I’ve learned to extend myself that same grace and give myself yet another chance, even after falling short.

@self_lov3_lai is here for the long haul, even when I’m not at my best.

Last year I was only in love with getting results. I got some of my best physical results. Now here we are, a year later, I’ve learned that life is going to life, and the best thing to do is to embrace it and to keep going.

So here we are, taking it one 21-day challenge at a time. I’m not just going to focus on the destination, because that destination is not final. I’m going to embrace the journey that it takes to get to my next destination and then all the other destination that’s to come.

It’s a new month, I’m focused on new goals, heading into a new 21-day challenge!!!

I would like to invite anyone looking for results (both on and off the scale) to join me in my August Body Challenge.

DM Me for Details!!!

Shoutout to @bootcampwithsohnny for the virtual workout sessions🏋🏾‍♀️ Book him! You won’t be disappointed!
