A goal as big as the Olympics takes more than hard work.

It takes a plan, a process, and a team paying attention to the details along the way.

As @marekklassen works toward his goal of competing in the 2028 Olympics, we’re taking a closer look at what goes into his training: from health and movement assessments to personalized programming and the day-to-day work required to keep progressing.

The goal may be different for everyone, but the approach isn’t.

At Innovative Fitness, we combine the science of training with coaching that keeps you engaged, challenged, and moving toward what’s next.

That’s what we do for Marek. And it’s what we do for every Member who walks through our doors.

Inside IF: Marek Klassen.
