Probably should have measured out the ratio of alcohol to mixer a bit better in those cocktails 🍸 😂

“It’ll be causal”… also me! lol

Jase & I hosted a Spring themed lunch at our home yesterday, styled by yours truly for beautiful friends to all get together.

(with a few too many spicy margaritas lol)

Meet @nicoleweber5 and @marella_diamond

They first came to LFG in September for some personal training.

But at LFG, training always works better with a goal.
So coach @hall_strength convinced them to commit to Melbourne HYROX.

Nervous. Unsure. Questioning whether they’d be ready in time — but they went all in.

Personal training layered with LFG group sessions, track work, and HYROX simulations.

The result?
1:14 on race day — and both admitted they held plenty back, worried about blowing up early.

Safe to say… they’re now fully hooked.

Next goal: train harder, race smarter, and see just how close to 60 minutes they can get.

Proud coaching moment 👊

What an incredible weekend for our LFG Training athletes

The support was outstanding
Effort was outstanding
Everyone got a PB

Great finish to the year and training block. All the strength , hybrid , engine, Hyrox and track sessions paid off.

Main aim was to get everyone one through with a smile on their face. Not only that - but to get personal bests across the broad was amazing.
