2016 was a crazy year! No other year has really changed my life more! I ran the GC in the spring and an 18km race right after. I caught a sturgeon and got seasick for the first and only time. I still worked in the ER with my OG ladies. And the two best dogs I’ve ever known were still alive. October of 2016 I found out I was pregnant with Owen and the rest as they say is history. There my first picture of Owen and my first picture of the two of us even though you can’t really tell #tenyearchallenge #2016 #friendswhoarefamily #pnw

Entrepreneurship isn’t just about business. It’s about becoming the kind of person who:

➡️ Takes ownership of their future.
➡️ Pushes through challenges instead of backing down.
➡️ Shows up for themselves and the people who matter most.

This journey has made me a better leader, mom, and friend—and honestly, I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

What’s ONE way entrepreneurship (or stepping outside your comfort zone) has helped you grow? Let’s talk about it. ⬇️

“You’re starting over.”

Nope. I’m not. And if you’re in a transition season, neither are you.

Every lesson, every win, every challenge—it’s all coming with me. The difference? I get to decide what stays and what gets left behind.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “starting from scratch,” I promise—you’re not. You’re starting from experience. And that’s powerful. 💥

What’s one thing you’re intentionally bringing into your next chapter? Let’s hear it in the comments!

Here’s a hard truth: If you’re not growing, neither is your business. Or your life. Or your impact.💡

Entrepreneurship is a crash course in personal development—you either evolve or you hit a wall. There is no coasting. The lessons come fast, sometimes messy, and definitely not on your timeline. But the transformation? Priceless.

What’s something you’ve learned about yourself through entrepreneurship (or just taking a bold step in your life)? Drop it below! ⬇️
