Maggie has called New York City home since heading off to NYU after graduation. Two decades later, she’s still there — it’s New York or nowhere, baby. Well, maybe Europe.

She is a real estate broker with @serhant selling residential real estate throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. You may have spotted her on both seasons of Netflix’s Owning Manhattan, or on SERHANT.’s LISTED Instagram page, where she shares lots of fun NYC history — shoutout to Ms. Collins! While she didn’t achieve her dream jobs of being the next Katie Couric, a senator, and then a teacher (in that order), she does get to read from a teleprompter for her Sell It coaching courses and tell people what to do. She was named a Hollywood Reporter Rising Star nominee and ranks among the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide.

Putting that Catholic education to work, she continues to give her time, talent and treasure. She volunteers with the New York Junior League, currently serving on a committee that mentors young people in foster care and those who have aged out of the system and are at risk of homelessness. She also serves on the Advisory Council of the School of American Ballet, helping support student scholarships.

When she’s not selling other people the New York dream, she’s busy living her own. She can usually be found trying the latest NYC restaurant, seeing a Broadway show, playing tennis, or convincing herself that a flight to Europe is completely reasonable because she’d be sleeping overnight anyway. Showing off everything she learned in DanceVisions, she’s never met a dance floor 🪩 she didn’t like.

Her summers involve a highly impractical amount of bouncing between New York, East Hampton, Paris, Ibiza and anywhere else along the Mediterranean. She remains unmarried, child-free and therefore extremely available for last-minute international travel.

Twenty years after BMCHS, she still believes in service and hard work — and that there is almost no problem that can’t be solved with a good glass of wine and a Delta upgrade. Maggie is looking forward to making the trip down to OKC and catching up with everyone this weekend! 💚

Moving forward means making room for everyone to rise.

At SELL IT ’26, Maggie Chong brought agents together for Move Together, an honest conversation around women, leadership, allyship, and the power of creating opportunities for one another.

A room full of different perspectives, shared experiences, and meaningful connections. Because when we move together, we all move forward. ✨

🔥 DAY ONE at SELL IT 2026 in Denver!

So good to reunite with my SELL IT family and finally get to meet some of my fellow coaches face-to-face! 💜
Maggie Chong hosted the most amazing meet and greet. It was so good to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones.
I’m with eXp Realty, but one of the things I love about this industry is that great leadership and great coaching can reach beyond brokerage lines.

It is truly an honor that Ryan SERHANT and the SELL IT community trusted me to come alongside this incredible group as a Pro Coach. I don’t take that lightly.

Different brokerage. Same mission. Get better. Serve more people. Produce at a higher level. 🔥

Grateful for the trust, grateful for this community, and VERY grateful to be surrounded by people who want to win and help others win too.

Iron sharpens iron. ⚔️

Let’s GO! 🔥🔥🔥
