Wrapped myself, spotted myself, and (most importantly) didn’t die

Told myself “ @taylored_lifts wouldn’t tell me to do it if he didn’t think I could do it, so I must be able to do it”

Proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone today ♥️

I’m being dramatic but I definitely don’t think I’ve ever been this tired before 😂

My heart, soul, and brain said “let’s go take a nap”

But my desire to bench 225 told me to show up anyways 😂

And I even managed to get 120 on the lat pull down machine for a few reps
