🔥 MIAMI… WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED.
Join in the link in the bio!

Next Saturday is FOUNDERS DAY — and trust us, you’re going to want to say “I was there from the beginning.” 👀

Miami has no shortage of gyms. We know.
So we decided to do things differently. 🔥

No crowded weight rooms.
No feeling like another number.
No limits on when you can show up.

Just 24/7 access, insane value, infrared workouts, recovery, and a COMMUNITY that actually knows your name. 🫶🔥

Come sweat. Come laugh. Come meet your people. Come get pushed. Come have FUN.

And next Saturday, we’re bringing our local community together with some of the amazing businesses we’re lucky enough to partner with — giveaways, prizes, surprises & plenty of heat. 🎉

🔥 ONE DAY. FOUNDING RATES. FOR LIFE.
Once they’re gone… they’re GONE.

📍 HOTWORX Miami Wynwood
🔥 NEXT SATURDAY

This isn’t just a gym. It’s the beginning of our community. And you’re invited. ❤️‍🔥 join in the link in the bio!!

To every soul who came out on Saturday to celebrate the opening of Balance You Seek Healing Studio… WOW! 🥹🪽

I’m still basking in the love, joy, support, and beautiful energy you brought into this space.

My deepest intention is that this studio becomes a home for so many of you, a place to feel safe enough to exhale, come back into presence, release the layers and noise that aren’t yours, connect with your highest self, angels & guides, and remember how to come home to yourself over and over again.

And if there’s one thing bringing this dream to life has taught me, it truly takes a village & community.

To my interior design fairy @alexafombrun thank you for seeing the vision inside of me and bringing it into physical form. Every inch was created with intention, and somehow you captured the essence of my soul and turned it into a sanctuary. What a gift to create this with you and call you my dear friend 🫶🏼

To my Balance You Seek Angels: @samihersh @healthyme.lovee @maauuurrreen @sesandsol thank you for pouring your hearts, hands, and energy into making this night possible. I couldn’t have done it without you!

And to the incredible humans & brands who added even more magic:
🪽 @gotcacao — for sharing your beautiful cacao medicine and helping us open our hearts
🪽 @marggiesshot — for nourishing us with your incredible juices & wellness shots
🪽 @andrew_elevates_you @fkplus — for helping us ground, soften & come back into our bodies
🪽@southbeachwellnessclub— for the fresh coconuts at our beach celebration
🪽@shootwithluv— for capturing these memories forever
🪽DJ Grazi for the music, energy & vibes that had us dancing the 8•8 portal into the night

What a way to begin! 🙌🏼❤️‍🔥🪽

The doors are officially open, and I can’t wait to welcome you into this home for all the healing, connection, expansion & magic still to come.
