Growth happens inside the comfort zone — by gently exploring its edges. The more we practice there, the more space we have to live in. Tai Chi comes from traditional Chinese medicine — and more and more, Western science confirms what these traditions knew all along: it works. Tai Chi begins with simple movements that release familiar tension — and leads you toward becoming someone you actually like being. Health improvement is a nice side effect: 🔘 better circulation, breathing, and balance 🔘 anxiety fades, emotions soften, focus returns 🔘 summer heat becomes survivable 🔘 these practices help the body self-regulate 🔘 as the tension melts — your posture shifts — people see it. They trust the calm in you. Every Sunday Maria Vyazova @maria.in.motion conducts this practice. Certified movement teacher with over five years of Tai Chi practice (Chen Pan-Ling style) and a background in martial arts and Eastern arts. Maria teaches in English, with calm clarity and deep respect for the tradition. 🕖 Sunday, 18:00–19:00 📍 Yoga Villa, Otar Oniashvili 37 🧘‍♀️ All levels welcome
