Through long-held Yin Yoga shapes, conscious breathing, and Reiki energy healing, we invite the body into a state of release and repair, gently dissolving tension, emotional heaviness, and energetic blockages. Yin Yoga works deeply with the fascia, connective tissue, and meridian lines of the body. By staying in each posture for several minutes, the practice becomes less about doing and more about listening, softening, and allowing. Reiki is a subtle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, and energetic cleansing through gentle touch and intuitive guidance.

Kundalini is often described as life force energy — the vital energy that lives within all of us. During a Kundalini Activation Transmission, this energy can begin to move more freely through the body, supporting emotional release, energetic shifts, expanded awareness, and deeper connection to self.

I am extremely excited for this! 💓
Not only because the teacher training for this wonderful format was so deeply enriching, heart-warming and heart-opening but also because I believe it is something sooooo necessary and nourishing in times like these where true connection is becoming something that feels rare...

To me the fabric of life really is relationship/s of all kinds: with ourselves, others and the world.

However, sometimes it feels hard to enter into deep and meaningful relationships and we don´t know where to begin. Plus: Despite our desire to connect, we often have become quite guarded because we were hurt in the past and try to prevent ourselves from getting hurt again.

Which is very understandable (been there... and sometimes slipping back into this) but it´s crucial to shed these layers of protection and to dare to become vulnerable again as this is the fertile ground for any kind of intimacy.

Another challenge for us these days (and all the noise and distraction they bring) is to truly be present. The gift of real attention, however, is what makes relationships deep and magical (and yes, that includes our relationship with our surrounding or anything we do... true presence changes so much).

So: If you´re yearning for more intimate connections and want to learn simple yet potent practices that support you in this, check out this in person workshop in Vienna 🥰
