Ich kam als Hülle.
Erschöpft. Voller Ballast.

deep, honest and true connection and support between human beings is something that I think our society very often misses but is actually very much needed. something that is so simple yet powerful and nourishing for our soul.

a few months ago I shared one week on magical Ibiza with 20 beautiful, strong and soft women, creating a safe space where everything and anyone was invited pure as it was -

my heart is still full

thank you to @silvia.gee & @carla__kuhlmann for creating & holding this magical space for us ❤️‍🔥🌹

•Sisterhood•

We women are connected, we share the same feelings and stories. When we open up and share our emotions and questions, we can hold each other.
I am eternally grateful for the Women Circle and the retreats, which regularly give me new input and support.

Ufff, finally I have time to post it and share this experience with you. Last month and especially last 2 week were really busy. But also I did 2 things, which I was looking forward for several months.
One of them is Bootcamp with @nora_bachatera at @bachata_magic festival.🥳
It was my first bachata performance and goal was to share our energy with people and enjoy the show. We did it 200%! 🏅

I'm so grateful for this experience, I'm so grateful to meet so many cool girls💃, they were so funny, inspiring, supportive, loud😂! Thanks to all of you, girls, it was a pleasure to dance with you, to my friends who supported me as you they knew how important it was for me, and biggest thanks to @nora_bachatera for this opportunity, for creating this choreo and atmosphere of this Bootcamp. You are amazing, your energy is amazing! I will never forget this day. ♥️

Lots of hugs and kisses!

Summer 2023 in Vienna 😍

I just love Vienna in the summer, swimming and stand up paddling in the Danube, having every day another afterwork event with friends, doing lots of sports, going to concerts and open air cinemas, and spending lots of time outside with friends. I am so grateful for all of that. 😊
