Jugosos, aromáticos y llenos de sabor: los champiñones rellenos son uno de esos platos versátiles que funcionan como entrante, aperitivo o cena ligera 🤤💛
En esta versión, el protagonismo lo tienen el jamón serrano, la mozzarella y el huevo de codorniz, una combinación sencilla pero espectacular 👩‍🍳🔥

Tres formas diferentes de transformar un ingrediente sencillo en un plato espectacular 🍄✨
🍄 Receta básica de Champiñones Rellenos con Jamón Serrano, Mozzarella y Huevo de Codorniz (para 4 personas)
Ingredientes:
12 champiñones grandes 🍄
6–8 lonchas de jamón serrano 🥓
125 g de mozzarella rallada o fresca 🧀
12 huevos de codorniz 🥚
Aceite de oliva virgen extra 🫒
Perejil fresco 🌿
Pimienta negra 🧂
Sal al gusto 🧂
Preparación:
1️⃣ Limpia los champiñones y retira cuidadosamente los tallos.
2️⃣ Coloca en el fondo de cada champiñón una loncha de jamón serrano extendida.
3️⃣ Añade un poco de mozzarella sobre el jamón.
4️⃣ Hornea a 180 °C durante 12–15 minutos, hasta que los champiñones estén tiernos y el queso ligeramente fundido.
5️⃣ Saca del horno y añade encima los huevos de codorniz (ligeramente cuajados o al punto según preferencia).
6️⃣ Termina con perejil fresco picado y pimienta negra al gusto 🌿🧂✨
Un plato elegante, intenso y lleno de contraste de sabores 💛🍄

It takes time... Since I shot this footage of me making my Beetroot Croquembouche almost 9 months ago, I haven't had a chance to work on editing this video. But that's the thing about trying to make everything "right". I have recently been diagnosed with perfectionism and while I see my work to still be far from being called perfect, I realized that procrastinating and waiting for a clear mind and a relaxed time to create something, doesn't always produce the best results. I know that I work better under pressure and it can be a curse sometimes, but this project took me a full, dedicated, no-blink three days to complete. I remember that I hardly ate or slept or did anything else other than this Croque.

Even the choice of music was carefully selected and I had to go back many months after shooting to reshoot some scenes in order to match one of my favorite tunes by bbno$ 😅

Therefore, I didn't want to make a quick, cheap edit and just post it right away. I really left it to brew! I hope it was worth it for you all as an audience. ❤️

BEST Greek Salad from @themediterraneandish 🥗Classic and simple. Want the recipe? Tell me below and I’ll send it to you via DMs!

I ate this salad in Greece almost daily for 3 weeks, and I never got tired of it! Horiatiki Salad or traditional Greek salad takes such few ingredients like tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, olives and feta!

Seasoned so simply and drizzled with olive oil. Nothing better than this salad on a hot summer day!
