THANKFUL TO NXPT!!!

Was a volunteer to help out at the event this weekend and was a great time and fun to watch and support all the athletes that competed. I did not compete this time around, next time :)

Dan & Hannibal found a spot for my son Isaiah to compete and he did great! He finished in 55 minutes and had a blast. He pushed hard and kept at it.

Thanks guys, greatly appreciated!

Fitness and health have always been a priority for me, but 2020 has been a handful.

So let’s try this again! It’s important to adapt and push forward no matter the obstacles in your path.

My personal goal is to get back to how I felt a few years ago. Thanks to @nxptfit and all the options they’re providing, including this month’s challenge: 28 days of racking up points by doing the things you need to do to see results. They have bootcamp, spin, yoga, outdoor, online classes and more.

Check out www.nxptfit.com and let’s crush our goals together 💪🏽

GETTING READY TO SAY GOODBYE TO 2020

Although we are entering the new year with many unknowns, it’s important to control what you can: your wellness — both physically and mentally — whether at HOME or outdoors or at your favorite gym. (Mine is @nxptfit)

Today marks the start of another 3 week stay-at-home order in San Diego.

For many, physical and mental well being are essential.

That’s why I count on @nxptfit. In addition to providing workout classes online, they also offer outdoor spin classes as well as FREE yoga and boot camp classes at the Dana Hotel in Mission Bay.

We are stronger together 💪🏽
