Backstage Moments & Rehearsals | MAD VMA 2026 🤍

A little photo dump from the days that made it all happen.

Endless rehearsals, unforgettable backstage moments, and a team I’m so grateful for. Thank you to our choreographer @eirinidam , our assistant choreographer @mariasaridou , and all my fellow dancers for everything. It was truly a pleasure sharing this journey with you.

I still remember how happy I was back in 2023 when I passed the MAD audition for Helena Paparizou. It felt like the beginning of something I had been dreaming about for so long.
Three years later, in 2026, I’m standing here with even more gratitude in my heart 🫂 dancing for
Helena Paparizou / Marina Spanou/ Remos/ Fy & Ellize/ Rack - Sidarta/ Ria Ellinidou / Andromaxh -Tzeni Katsigianni /

A huge thank you to Eirini Damianidou @eirinidam for this opportunity, for your guidance, your support, and everything I’ve learned from you throughout this experience, and to @mariasaridou 🧚‍♀️ our fairy, for helping so much and for everything you showed us in such a short time. I learned a lot from both of you.

This journey has been truly special, and it has been a big part of my growth.

Dreams don’t come by waiting, they grow through courage, hard work, and the people who choose to believe in you along the way.

So keep chasing your dreams.
Work for them,
trust the process…
One day you’ll look back and realize every step was worth it. ✨

MAD VMA 2026🫀

So blessed to have been part of such a crazy and unforgettable experience. All thanks to @eirinidam who trusted me. Dancing for @g.manos , @dinaev._ & @lilatrianti felt totally unreal. If you had told my younger self that I’d be performing on this stage a few years later, I would’ve laughed in your face. I met the best people here and they made the whole journey so much fun. So thankful for everything and for the things that come on my way. So much love and respect for everyone!💓
