Love making this recipe ahead of time so it’s ready to go for busy mornings.

Ingredients:
1 Ripe banana
3 Tbsp chia seeds
3⁄4 Cup of your favorite milk (I used unsweetened almond milk, but oat or coconut would be great too)
1 Tsp maple syrup
1⁄4 Tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
WellMija’s Banana Nut Crunch Granola, for topping
Optional: fresh berries or sliced banana

✨ It’s the perfect grab-and-go breakfast — delicious, packed with nutrients, and super satisfying. ✨
