I was supposed to have my dream wedding this year 🥺💔⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But obviously the ✨panorama✨ had other plans in store for us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Meanwhile, my Pinterest board has been accumulating cobwebs 🥲⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The important things though:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I still am marrying Andrew and spending forever with my favorite human.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I still will get the wedding of my dreams.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I still will go on an absolutely epic honeymoon.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The timeline + journey to getting there has just had to shift.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏼 Important: the PLAN has had to change, but the VISION has stayed the same.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And you should be treating your goals the exact same.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes circumstances require you to pivot or change course, but that does NOT mean that you give up on the vision.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You simply change your approach and keep moving.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ (Yes, this turned into biz advice 🤣)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Unexpected challenges might arise. It might be even harder or more complicated than you imagined.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But you DO NOT give up on the goal, if it’s what you truly desire.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Someday you’ll be grateful for all of the plot twists and setbacks, because they make you resourceful, resilient, and bomb at solving problems 👏🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm curious: what plans have you had to change in the last year(ish)???

WAIT… I don’t want you to crash and burn 🥵💥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve been in this space for 5+ years and I’ve seen a LOT of people come and go. They seem to come in HOT, and quickly burn out… never to be seen again 👀 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All because they got caught up in the SHORT-TERM game and lost sight of ✨sustainability✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I get it-- it’s addicting to #hustle #grind #alwaysbeclosing 😤💪🏼💯 (lol yikes) when you first start seeing success, but I want you to be here for a good time AND for a long time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here are a few red flags that your biz is NOT sustainable: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🚩 You need 25+ clients to hit $5k months (or 50 for $10k and so on) but that doesn’t even feel possible. 🚩 You’re on-call for your clients 24/7 but don’t know how to set boundaries in a way that feels good for everyone. 🚩Your back-end feels messy and unorganized. 🚩You’re constantly putting out fires and working IN your biz instead of working ON it as the CEO 🚩 You feel like you can’t take a step back without sacrificing cash flow ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Any of these sound familiar? 😬 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Working like crazy just to GET BY isn’t the move anymore. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The key is to develop sustainable habits, systems, and structures from DAY ONE, so you aren’t flooded with constant feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and stress. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We need to chat more about this, so comment the emoji for the topic you want to see NEXT: 🛠 for MUST-HAVE tech + platforms for online coaches 💰 for raising your prices so that you can make more but work less ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PS I now only have ONE spot left for VIP coaching in Q2-- if your 2021 goals include scaling to multiple 6 or 7 figures, DM me and let's see how I can support you 🥂

3 ESSENTIAL CEO HABITS (that are *not* waking up early 🥲)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As somebody who doesn't usually set an alarm… I think that a lot of the typical “CEO habits” are lame and ignore the fact that there are ENDLESS ways to create success as a CEO.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You don’t really need to⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❌ Wake up before the sun⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❌ #Hustle 25/7 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❌ Follow a 435698 step morning routine⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ From my own experience building a 7-figure empire and now coaching hundreds of other women to their biz goals, there ARE some *essential* habits, but not like that👆⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ They’re more like…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Doing whatever supports YOUR energy + happiness, even if it’s unconventional. My clients + I get the best results when we're well-rested, having fun, and living within our creative flow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Working ON the business as much (or more) as you work IN the business. Remember: the CEO is the one who holds the vision, makes strategic decisions, and is the ‘head coach' of the entire team. They are NOT also every player on the field. So as you step into your CEO role, you also have to be able to step OUT of the roles that no longer serve you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Learning the WHY behind the strategy, instead of just blindly executing on what’s popular. Once you learn the ‘rules’ of business, YOU get to decide which ones to break 😜 I believe that business supports life, NOT the other way around, so there’s ALWAYS a way to combine proven strategies with what feels aligned for YOU. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Long story short: there are ENDLESS ways to show up as a CEO, but combining support, strategy, and vision is ALWAYS key.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So if you’re craving the epic SUCCESS, but doing it YOUR way, I’m your gal 😌⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I just opened 2 more VIP spots for online coaches wanting to scale to multiple 6 or 7 figures this year. A CEO *lifestyle* is way more than how you show up for your business 💰 Let me explain... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m super intentional about EMBODYING a CEO mindset in alllll areas, not just when I'm making biz decisions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So just like in my business, I outsource things that are outside of my zone of genius or an inefficient use of my time + energy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Example: I wanted a new, bigger car so that we had more room for road trips, house projects, and our pups... and because I just wanted an upgrade (also valid 😌) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The NORMAL way to buy a car is to do a f*ck ton of research, spend hoursss driving to dealerships + test driving, going through annoying negotiations and whatever else. Not fun OR efficient, IMO.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For me, the CEO way to buy a car is to outsource it 😎⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I hired a car shopping concierge (yes, that's a real thing) and he researched to help me decide on the perfect make + model for what I needed, located the BEST car in the whole country, did all the negotiations on my behalf, organized the paperwork, and had it delivered to my house.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It felt like a total boss move and freed up SO much time + energy to spend on better things, like supporting my clients, making sales, and literally anything else. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Other things you can outsource to elevate your CEO lifestyle:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️ housekeeping, laundry, organization, etc ✔️ running errands⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️ grocery shopping + meal prep⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️ planning + booking travel⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️ home projects⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Not only do you get to free up time + energy for other things (like growing your biz, ending up net POSITIVE $$... OR relaxing-- both valid!) but you also create jobs for other people who usually do a BETTER job than you anyway.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Remember, CEOs: just because you CAN, doesn't mean you SHOULD 😉 So... what do you wanna start outsourcing in your life now?
