POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Kennt ihr die Reihe schon?

Sometimes the setting is what you fall in love with.

Reading has taken me to so many places in my mind. Places I’ve never visited, and some I hadn’t even heard of until a book introduced me to them.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stopped reading to Google a town, look up a country or see photos of somewhere an author has described. Suddenly, I’m looking at maps and wondering how I could get there one day.

Maine, Vermont and Rhode Island are three places very high on my list, and these are just a few of the books that helped put them there. I haven’t visited any of them yet, but I’d love to see how they compare with the places I’ve pictured while reading.

Brittanée Nicole has certainly contributed to that growing travel wish list, along with so many of the authors featured here. And it goes well beyond these three states. My list of places to go is starting to look a lot like my list of books to read: long, and constantly getting longer.

I love that a book can do that. You pick it up for the story and come away curious about a whole new part of the world.
Where has a book made you want to go? Tell me the place AND the book that put it on your list. There’s a good chance I’ll be adding both to mine.

My TBR isn’t very long because if it were, I’d honestly lose myself in it haha. I prefer keeping a shorter list so I can still feel in control of my life!

These are some of the books on my TBR, and I usually decide what to read next based on: vibes ✨ Am I in the mood for something light and fluffy, or something heavier and more intense that will probably make me cry?

I also like to switch things up between tropes! If I read a second-chance romance, for example, I’ll usually pick something with a different trope next. I like having some variety instead of reading the same kind of story over and over.

Have you read any of these? Which one do you think I should read next? 🩷

Romance trifft Thrill.
