Today really reminded me why I do what I do. 🤍

This isn’t something I would normally post, but I truly felt like I needed to today.

To my girls… thank you. For the love, the thoughtfulness, the messages, the laughs, the support… but most importantly, thank you for being part of this journey with me.

What started as workouts 9 years ago turned into something so much bigger than fitness. Somewhere along the way this stopped becoming just a gym or a workout space… and became a home. A family. Real friendships that I genuinely cherish with my whole heart.

You all always tell me that I bring happiness and strength into your lives, but the truth is you bring that into mine. More than you know🩷

You are the reason I continue to push myself to become better. Better at my job, better as a coach, better as a person. I care so deeply about every single person who walks through those doors and I never want to stop building this with you.

And most importantly, thank you Hashem for allowing me to wake up every day and do something I truly love with people I truly love.

This Shellyfitness fam means everything to me. Thank you for growing with me through every season 🩷#ShellyFitness #FitnessFamily #StrongerTogether #FitnessCommunity #TrainWithPurpose @marielledag psyched for your cake 😍😍
