A NIGHT IN CORSA.

A chilly evening, good company, and another great run with the community!

We teamed up with @diadora for an evening demo run, giving our runners the opportunity to lace up and put the Diadora Corsa running shoes to the test!

Despite the chilly fall weather, everyone showed up ready to move! From trying on the Corsa to hitting the streets of Downtown Markham together, it was another evening filled with good energy, great company, and plenty of movement shared.

A huge thank you to the Diadora team for bringing the demo experience to our community and @kc_baked for providing some sweet post-run treats! 🫶

And of course, thank you to everyone who came out, braved the cold, and ran with us. It’s always a pleasure seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones into the community.

Here’s to more miles, more memories, and more opportunities to move together. 🍂

See you at our next run, 10:31!

Grateful not just to run, but to cross the finish line with my friends. SOOO proud of everyone you all crushed it 🥳

For those who’ve been following along this journey, this season wasn’t easy. Between a tough training block, an uncooperative back, and early race cramps that held me back from really pushing, the goal I had in mind slipped just out of reach.

BUT!!!!!!!! A reminder that progress doesn’t always look the way you planned but it still finds its Wei. And for that I am thankful :) ❤️
