For people who live and breathe community, you’d be surprised how little I actually get to see these people IRL!

Last week, I had so much fun catching up with my team at @adobe. It was a week full of laughs, workshops, and exchanged ideas. We have a lot to be proud of, and even more to inspire and propel us forward.

Truly never a dull moment with this group. I’m grateful to be on this team and can’t wait for the next time we’re together 🤸🏻‍♀️

A side s/o to @giliofir for carefully transporting posters for me all the way from London! We commissioned a set of incredible posters from @ru.bicondesign @georgecavaliere and @byanyatsen for @newblood_dandad festival this summer, with creative direction by @marijamarc. Preparing for the festival and coordinating our mentor activations was one of my favorite projects and collaborations this year. I was so looking forward to getting my hands on these!

P.S. We missed you @kidwhocaptures 💕

How do you make the most of a creative mentor?

Designer Zoey Hu (@iamtenwhite) first joined the Adobe Creative Apprenticeship programme through a paid commission, supported by creative director and programme mentor Marija Marc (@marijamarc).

She was later matched with Eilidh Reid (@by.eilidh) for 1:1 career mentorship on her portfolio and applications.

That mentorship helped her progress to the programme’s job opportunities stage, through which she secured an internship at @pentagramdesign.

Her advice? Don’t be intimidated by your mentor – work through a case study together and use the opportunity to learn how they see the industry.

In partnership with the @adobe Creative Apprenticeship programme.

Visual consistency alone isn’t compelling - consistent visual energy is ⚡️| We knew the @rad_global R.A.D ONE V2 was going to be an expressive and vibrant franchise. So we wanted to develop an #identity that went beyond a formulaic ID system. So we tasked each creative in the team to create a bespoke typographic ‘V2’ that they were into. Collectively they then became a very strong and recognisable asset - magic 💙 #radglobal by #fluorolondon #brandidentity #creativeprocess
