Prep is HARD! 🫠

You do everything alone, the meal prep, the late night and early morning steps, the cardio, the posing, training, meal timings, list goes on 😅

But having that supportive environment and system in place is WHY I’ve been able to get this far🥹

All the messages, calls, asking how my day is going, organizing plans when my people know I need to be social and get out of my negative thoughts… it doesn’t go unnoticed, you know who you are🫶🏻

I step on that stage not just for me, but for everyone who has put up with me, pushed me and supported me. Love you all ❤️

Thinking of competing? Me and Amy know what it’s like!

Having someone in your corner who JUST GETS IT (especially on this level) can help a whole lot more than what you think 🦋

Pop myself or Amy a message and let’s put a plan in place 💪🏼 #LetsGetRadiant
