A full year. A full circle. ✊🏽✨

Being part of the BIPOC cohort for Ukombozi ReCollective has been nothing short of transformative. We’ve spent the past year learning, unlearning, building, challenging, and grounding ourselves in the anti-racist work we are deeply committed to—work rooted in truth, accountability, and collective liberation.

Today’s liberation rally felt like our final bow… but really, it’s just the opening scene of everything that comes next. The energy, the love, the intention—it all reminded me that this work is bigger than any one of us, and stronger because we do it together.

I’m beyond grateful to @therecollectiveorg for selecting me to grow alongside such brilliant, passionate, and emerging leaders. You all inspire me in ways I can’t even fully put into words.

And just to be clear—the work is only beginning. 🔥

(Also… don’t mind my frizziness 😅 Houston humidity is truly undefeated and absolutely unforgiving.)
