Last week, I met my favorite author and speaker, @johncmaxwell at the International Maxwell Conference in Orlando and now I am officially certified with the @maxwellleadership Team.

I have a passion for personal growth and leadership. As John says, everything rises and falls on leadership.

Leadership is everywhere, even for me as a stay at home mom during this season of my life. We lead by example in our homes. We are the number #1 role models to our children. I am hungry to keep learning, growing and getting better any way I can as long as it aligns with my values. The more I know, the more I know I don’t know..

My question for you is, what do you enjoy doing? What is your passion? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to follow it or even discover it?

Your journey may not make sense at all. But if you’re intentional and you keep searching, keep believing, and keep showing up, at just the right time, you will find your place.
