We are pleased to announce #SaatchiArtartist Marina della Preda is the recent winner of the 2021 Global Art Awards in Tokyo (@globalartawards). Recognized for her original work, "KARAL,” a photograph of a gorilla skull replica adorned with 30,000 Swarovski crystals—a common material used in her sculptures. The crystals produce countless facets of light, and creating a striking multi-dimensional presence. Marina’s sculptures are tokens of our world's hidden and often surreal beauty.
