“That was stressful” but so rewarding🥰

What an incredible experience to create! Thanks @cocktailwarstv for picking me to share in this experience, for allowing me a chance to share my love for bartending.
For allowing me to share my story.

I have been so excited to share this moment with so many. Tonight is the airing of the episode I’m on and I’m excited to see how this turns out. So much love to my fellow competitors @apotionsellersapprentice & @marisa_field ❤️ I’m so thankful to have shared the stage with you.

Thank you to the judges Melissa Brooke, @lancebass @realjoeyfatone & @adamscherr99 it was an honor mixing it up for you. Your support through this process made this such a special moment for all of us❤️

And a special thank you to @chickylaff I can’t wait to keep sharing stories with you. This wouldn’t be possible without you❤️

2 years ago I got on that plane with nothing but my 3 suitcases, my chronic anxiety & my delusional dreams! Happy 2 years to me! I did it! 💫✨💖

I’ve said a lot of “see you laters” in my time at [solidcore]. To Dumbo. To FiDi. To New York. To New Jersey.

But this one will be the hardest.

This place shaped me, challenged me, and helped me become the leader I am today.

6 years, 7 months. Thousands of classes coached and taken. An embarrassing number of costumes worn. Countless clients and coworkers who became lifelong friends.

[solidcore] will always have a piece of my heart.

Thank you for the memories, the growth, the community, and the people who changed my life.

I’m stronger for it.

I taught my final classes at solidcore NYC this week. Emotional doesn't even begin to describe those last three classes. And it was a true representation of why I love this community so much. So before I even continue, thank you.

I started coaching solidcore right when I began nursing school and continued when I began working full time as an oncology nurse. I'm often asked how I manage to juggle both and the answer is simple: I love solidcore. I've always viewed it as such a privilege to be a coach and work alongside such incredible colleagues and clients. You've touched my heart more than you know.

So to all my amazing clients and colleagues who I adore deeply, I'll leave you with this: Don't give up. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for. You got this.

With lots of love,
Coach Shannon ❤️

p.s. come visit me in the Bay Area!! I'll be on the Walnut Creek/ SF schedule soon ❤️
