It’s me and @compoundfit.strongsville one year today 🙌🏻🥳

Compound has been by my side through the craziest year and I couldn’t be more grateful. Within my first two weeks of joining I checked off a bucket list goal with my first hyrox and from there I was hooked. Now after my second marathon, 4 DEKAs, my first CrossFit open, an obstacle course, and countless hero workouts I can say confidently that Compound is more than a gym. It’s home to a beautiful community of driven and inspiring individuals who lift each other up. My favorite memories will always be the birthdays, volleyball teams, and late night sauna sessions that give compound a special place in my heart. ❤️

This is what just one year of the #kaizen mentality can do. Now it’s on to year 2 👏🏻🎉👏🏻 this one is for the table 😉

Life updates with Izzy :)
Since I was little, I’ve dreamed about starting my own company… and this year, stepping into 23, I actually got to check that box.
I started my own marketing agency and it has already been so cool getting to see the ways God is using it and the people He’s brought into my life through it.
I also recently moved out and made a new little home with my best friend and new roomie!! Such a sweet blessing. 🤍
There’s been a lot of change happening behind the scenes lately. Some of it has been good, and some of it has been really hard. I used to hate change, but I’m learning that God can use even the little changes to completely shift our lives, grow us, and give us new opportunities to love others and share the Gospel.
Feeling really grateful for where He has me right now. :)
And if you ever want to talk marketing, life, or Jesus… I’m your gal ;)

i love my friends and i am eternally grateful to call ohio home for all my life. i will miss all of these days with my family and friends who i love so much. love you all friends
