Now that all the hype has gone down about the recital, I finally got all my thoughts together about my decade at the studio

I fell in love with dance at a later time than most but Hide and hip hop was a constant since the age of 8. I followed home like a lost duck 😂 I couldn’t even follow along till way later in life (slide 2 😬) in my high school years, it truly was my home, I slept, ate, and did all my homework there. That entire place and its people saved my life more than I can think of. It’s how I found the most amazing people one can meet, like no matter how much time passes you can talk about life and know they really care about what’s happening. Words can’t express how grateful I am to grow up in such a lovely environment well pursuing something I loved.

Now that I’m much older and look back at my many many years with Komotion there are times when I wish so hard I could go back and do it “right,”better” and soak it up more. But I know now all that time I was meant to grow and become who I am now. So I can only appreciate the many parts of what my dance life was. Komotion will be part of heart and soul til the day I die and it has forever changed my life in the best ways. So in short terms THANK YOU but that doesn’t even scratch the surface of how I feel about my 10+ years. Congratulations Komotion and Hide!!! May you prosper for many years to come! 💙
