Some behind the scenes learning from me this August.

Three Fast Track certifications in, Somatic Healing Coaching, Breath work and Confidence Coaching.

A big thank you to @wildsuccessofficial for the training. It was exactly the learning I was after.

Here’s the honest reason why I wanted to do it.

You can do all the mindset work in the world, reframe every thought, set every goal…but if the body and nervous system don’t feel safe, none of it sticks. The mind can be fully on board and the body will still so no.

I didn’t want to add more talking therapy to my toolkit. What I wanted was a better understanding of how to help the body itself feel safe enough to let the growth in, not just the mind.

So, I got curious, and I went looking for the missing piece.

I’m not coming out of this calling myself an expert. I’m coming out of it a more rounded coach, with a few more tools and a deeper understanding of why some things click for people and others just don’t.

If any of this resonates and you’re curious to learn more, I’d love to hear from you.

Don’t let the silly faces put you off - just DM me. 😊

You’ve been breathing your whole life.

Just not like this.

Most people have never used their breath as a tool. As a way to regulate their nervous system, release what they’ve been carrying, and access a state of clarity that thinking alone can never produce.

Breathwork changes that in a single session.
