Catching you up to speed!!

1. Disney with the family - we were heading to a wedding “welcome party” and had noooo idea where it was. The bride and groom suprised us with a VIP party at Fantasia ✨
2. A moment for my dinosaur dress 🦕
3. Gus. Mark broke his foot so I’ve been on dog duty. 🫣
4-7. We had some frannnnds over for a murder mystery party. Everyone dressed up and locked IN to character — it was a blast

Letters from Ukraine: Delivered at Eurovision 2025 💙💛 @razom.for.ukraine and @novaukraine brought a little piece of Ukraine to Eurovision — envelopes filled with gifts, artwork, and hope.

Inside each one:
🎨 A one-of-a-kind bandana featuring original artwork by Ukrainian American artist @mariya.pilipenko
🌻 A plantable postcard that grows into a sunflower, Ukraine’s national flower and a symbol of resilience
✨ Custom-designed stickers printed by our friend Bohdan Yaremko
💌 Messages and stories from Ukrainian teenagers, shared through our partners at @savedschools and their UActive program

These gifts were for the artists who’ve shared their voices with the world and now carry a piece of Ukraine with them, too.

A couple wonderful settlements over the last few days. Let’s share, shall we?!

1. Mariya and Logan reached out after following me on here for a little bit looking to relocate to Philly from NYC. Was so fun getting to show them houses and they are going to start settling down in Fishtown as of last Thursday.

2. Fun client swag, who wants one!? 🏠

3. Jo is a friend and client who was ready to sell their house in South Philly and see what’s next for her and where that might be. Probably a beach somewhere…
Anyway, we settled on her house on Darien, down by the Bok this past Friday. Over asking, all cash, smooth as hell. Ask me how!

4. Gary and Lindsay were referred to me from Gary’s sister, who I had recently referred out to a colleague who works in South Jersey. They were moving from Oregon but weren’t sure where they wanted to move and we did a lot of legwork to get them into the right area. They were wonderful and due to circumstance regarding their house sale in OR, it was a really hard transaction. But look at these smiles! We got creative, came up with some unorthodox solutions and were maybe a bit bold, but we got it done and they LOVE their new house in Newbold. One for the books!

5. Settlement gifts from Greece and my new favorite honey @igorsbees

6. Little bouquet at my open house in Germantown over the weekend. 😇

Last year I had 8 settlements in the month of June, and between settlements and new listings were staying busy! So glad I get to do this everyday, and even happier that you’re here to follow along and reach out when you need me.
