I applaud people who consistently work and fight for their relationships and for the people they love, and I rarely hear someone saying I love him for who he is, because we always want to change something in him, rather than changing the way we deal with him. Each one of us is a beautiful complicated human being with different experiences and different aspects, we come from here and there, we come together by fate, i mean how beautiful is that? I Seriously think we forgot how to Love unconditionally, without that F****ed up List we make every time we meet someone, put it aside for a while, look at your partner, dig deep, you’ll discover a magical world in there.
There, you’ll know what it’s like to be in love with someone.
ALLOW. ALLOW yourself to love without fear of losing without fear of getting hurt.

@marj___ the dedicated yogi in a beautiful kapotasana, practice and all is coming.
Kapotasana (king pigeon pose), is a very deep backbend, it stretches the entire front body, ankles, thighs and groins, abdomen, chest, and throat, as well as the psoas, all that while strengthening the back muscles and improving the posture.
People with high or low blood pressure, migraine, insomnia and low back or neck injury should refrain from getting into kapotasana.
