@therainhilltrials Weekend saw another magnificent Event. A SS Pairs event at a new venue @bellevue_sv @stellabartram_mc & @leahsherlock_ kicking ass on the 🎤 with Andy and I mincing about on Athlete control 💃 The rain 🌧 stayed away so we got outside and use the field for sandbags worms and truck pushing💪 The judges under @stanners33 and @roblowe50 in particular were outstanding. We were short on volunteers 🙋‍♂️ and they worked really hard with little breaks. If you get a chance to volunteer 🙋‍♂️ at these events like @therainhilltrials @thecastlegames @battleformiddleground then please do You are looked after and the Events won't happen without you 🙏 Great to see so many of my buddies there from @gritstonecrossfit @fiercespiritcf @crossfit_deltafox @crossfituf @projectfitnessgym and all the Crossfit community A very special weekend again 💥 Team Hench 💪 #Crossfit #crossfitmaster #rainhilltrials #teamhench1 #teamhenchiswithyou #nobodycarestryharder

I had an idea and this became a business…. Trapped In a highly corporate world this little business became a creative outlook for me. Doing what we wanted to do when we wanted to do and without having to justify anything. A tough decision to make to end the business especially in a boom which I know will not make no sense to many people. But juggling this alongside the day job, mum life and the rest of life just become too much. I never wanted to be that mum that was always working and this as much as I loved it became fact. On this journey I’ve meet incredible people that have become life long friends, proven that you can run a successful business regardless of people’s opinions and bloody hell we’ve had a laugh! - otherwise what’s the point right? @gabbylamplooo we built something special and it’s been an absolute joy working with you. Where would I be without you. A sister, business partner, training buddy and the most supportive person I know. And also to @neilshearer_photography who from day 1 supported us with some epic content which shaped our business .And who graciously ignored my creative input 🤣 To the brand ambassadors who supported us and became a WML family- you all the best 🥰 Rule #1 - don’t work with any dickheads… seemed to work out ok 🎤⬇️ #wml #dontworkwithdickheads #micdrop

Well done to everyone taking part in the @crossopen2023 - if you’ve made it through 3 weeks of the comp emotionally and physically unharmed then you’re a winner! . I’ve had a few accomplishments: 1) not losing any sleep about the wods 😴 2) managing to push myself a little bit more than usual (still got Fran cough from 23.3)🥴 3) having a bit of determination to do better this year.🤮 🌍 I’m happy with the result - finishing in the Top 10% in Europe and the Uk. Narrowly missing out on the age group qualifiers by 1% - which I think in retrospect is a stroke of luck! 🤣 Is it going to change my life? No. Will I remember my score next week? No Will I be determined to do better next year? Probably not. I’ll just keep plodding on, working out to keep sane, have fun with the gang and eat what I want 😁 #crossfit #crossfitmasters #girlswholift #welldoneeveryone #thegameswillhavetowait #liftheavy
