🥈OVERALL RUNNERS UP MALE WINNER🥈

Congratulations to Mark Skinner from our BENDIGO studio who has taken out the overall male runner up
for our 6 weeks ignite challenge! 🏆🥇

Mark joined our @f45_training_bendigo studio on day 1 of the challenge with no previous experience at F45 before! 😯 He was the missing piece to the puzzle as his family and extended family were already apart of the ever expanding Bendigo family 😍

In a very short 6 weeks, Mark achieved some massive results while fighting off multiple injuries at the same time!

His fitness quickly grew and he adapted to the training style very quickly, very rarely
missing a day even if it was after a night out 🤣

We are very proud of your achievements and love having your bubbly personality walk into the gym every morning alongside your loving family!

We can’t wait to see what else you can achievement in the near future!

Congrats Mark 🎊🎉🥳

Our next Challenge starts on the 24th of October!! If you're wanting to make a positive change to your life, get in contact with the team today 📲

WHY IS STRETCHING IMPORTANT AFTER A WORKOUT? 🧘‍♀️

Stretching at the end of your workout can help:
- Increase flexibility
- Improve blood circulation
- Decrease muscle tension in your body
- Eliminate lactic acid build up
- Boost energy
- Pain prevention
- Improves range of motion
- Provides mind body connection

Make sure you’re joining in on our 5 minute cool-down stretch at the end of every session to reap the benefits. 🙌🏼😍

EVOLUTION ..
.
McQuinn's is the name but EVOLUTION has been the constant goal.
.
We are not just a gym. There is nothing like us. Empathy, compassion, regard and care.
.
In 2011 we began in a shed in Garsed Street.
.
In 2014 we renovated an historic landmark building in High Street and moved.
.
By 2018 we refurbished all of our equipment.
.
In 2020, despite significant hardship, we renovated our High Street home AND expanded into an adjoining building during Covid shutdown.
.
In addition to our 1st class unisex gym facility we now offer CLASSES and a FEMALE ONLY gym.
.
We continue to evolve and to improve our facility with further expansion plans for 2021.
.
One thing that's never changed - WE PUT PEOPLE FIRST. That's all people. Because WE CARE.
