Our first DEKA FIT, and I’m bragging about all of us 🔥

Andrea and Fotis took on mixed doubles. Kasia went solo for her first FIT—and she’s fucking incredible. Mark and I raced mixed doubles and brought home a 2nd-place flag! 🥈 I’m proud of every single one of us.

I’ve done DEKA Strong and DEKA Mile, but FIT had a different buzz. The big arena, the noise, the energy, our crew cheering each other on—it was an amazing day. And of course, we finished it together with good food &beer, a proper celebration.❤️

Next stop this Sunday: a full HYROX simulation. Another first for me. Let’s fucking go! 💪🔥

🔥 DEKA STRONG TEAMS — STILL AMONG EUROPE’S BEST!

Another Competition with @spartan_flames

⏱️ 11:53
💥 Another sub-12-minute finish
🏆 Matched our personal best
🌍 Still ranked among the top European teams on the global leaderboard

It was fantastic competing alongside Elena at EMS. The mission was clear — push the pace, support each other and give everything we had. Once again, the team stepped up and delivered.

Every session is making us faster, stronger and more efficient on the floor.

11:53 … but there’s still more to come.
we’re only getting started🔥🔥🔥

Thanks to @swfitnessandcoaching a great start to the season Boss 👊🏻

Thanks to @ems_fitness_norwich for hosting another great event. 💪🏻💯

I DON’T JUST COACH HYROX. I COMPETE IN IT. 🔥

Every race is another opportunity to learn, improve and understand what it really takes to perform under pressure.

From tough races to podiums and earning my place at the HYROX World Championships every experience makes me a better athlete and a better coach.

I practise what I preach.
I do the work.
And I bring that experience into every athlete I coach.

Always learning. Always competing. Always pushing for more.

Yesterday was about so much more than just another 5K. ❤️🏃‍♀️

Spartan Flames 🔥 crew came together to join @thenations5k in Norwich and support the incredible Esmée Gummer and her mission to get ONE MILLION people moving.

Walk. Jog. Run. Roll.
It doesn’t matter.

JUST MOVE. ❤️

I was supposed to say a few words about our group at the end… who we are, what we do, etc. Was I prepared for that? Absolutely NOT. 😂🙈

So naturally I mumbled my way through it and managed to forget one fairly important detail… (that perimenopausal brain fog was definitely with me 😅)

WHEN WE ACTUALLY RUN. 🤣

So, for the record:

🔥 SPARTAN FLAMES
🏃‍♀️ Every Sunday
⏰ 8:30am
📍 Meeting/start point: Chapelfield Gardens, Norwich
❤️ All abilities welcome

Mums, dads, beginners, experienced runners, walkers, joggers… come as you are.

Huge respect to @esmee_ldn for what she is doing and for using her own incredible journey to encourage thousands of other people to take that first step. 💪❤️

If you’d like to support The Nation’s 5K, donations go towards the charities supported by the challenge. Please check for the donation link on their accounts.

🔥 5TH SEPTEMBER — @deka.europe DEKA STRONG, WE’RE COMING! 🔥

Apparently doing one race wasn’t enough for me. 😂 So here’s the plan:

⚔️ Mixed Doubles — me & Mark
🔥 Women’s Doubles — me & Caroline
💀 Solo — because… WHY NOT?!
📣 And somewhere between all of that… I’ll also be REFEREEING! 😂

Race. Recover. Referee. Repeat.
I clearly don’t know how to have a quiet Saturday. 🤣

But the best part?

🔥 THE SPARTAN FLAMES ARE COMING 🔥
@__kasia_85 @carmen__sylva&husband @fotisbaras1 & @marky_b222 @50shiftreset @vlad_vamesu @marcinzamm

We’ve been putting the work in.
The sleds. The carries. The burpees. The bikes. The sweat.

Now it’s nearly time to see what we can do. 👊

And if you’re around on 5th September and fancy supporting us — COME DOWN! @ems_fitness_norwich

Come cheer. Come make some noise. Come meet the crew and watch the Spartan Flames take over DEKA. 🔥⚔️

Three races + refereeing + looking after the crew.

Busy day?

ABSOLUTELY.

Would I have it any other way?

HELL NO. 😈🔥

When a DEKA girl meets a HYROX man… this is what counts as quality time. 🤣🔥

Same mindset. Same good habits. Same slightly questionable idea of fun: sweating, suffering and pushing each other through a hybrid session. 😅

Forget Netflix and chilling—we train together and then discuss which part nearly killed us. 😂

Today’s session was another step towards our HYROX simulation on 20th September. Time to get my legs, lungs—and especially my feet—ready! 🏃🏻‍♀️💪

That’s what happens when two people with the same energy and healthy habits find each other: you don’t make excuses together—you become stronger together. ❤️‍🔥

DEKA girl 🤝 HYROX man. Let’s see what we can do together!

Saturday is for Zone 2 🏃‍♀️🔥

No racing. No chasing PBs. Just one hour of easy running, good conversations, and building the aerobic engine that makes everything else better.

The best part? We all ran together, no matter our pace. That’s what Spartan Flames is about showing up, supporting each other, and getting better one session at a time. See you next week. Everyone is welcome 🤗

Discipline over motivation. ❤️‍🔥

Another great Sunday with the Spartan Flames crew! 🔥

A huge shoutout to @carmen__sylva for completing her first ever 5K! 👏 So proud of you, this is just the beginning.

Every Sunday we run together, no matter your level. Whether you’re walking, jogging, chasing your first 5K, or training for your next race, everyone is welcome. It’s all about showing up, supporting each other, and getting a little bit better every week.

A big thank you to @marky_b222 , the Hyrox world champion 💪🔥for leading today’s run…and to Vlad for treating us to that amazing steak @onthebonegrill afterwards! 🥩

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your sign. Come and experience what our community is all about.

Discipline over motivation. 🔥

One kettlebell.
Five exercises.
A whole crew holding a plank while one person works.

It looked simple… until your core started shaking. 😂

Plenty of laughs, loads of teamwork, and sore abs the next day.

Who’s brave enough to take on the next Beach Challenge? 🌊🔥
