BAR MUSCLE UPS 💪🔥

A bar muscle up takes you from hanging beneath the bar to supporting yourself above it, finishing with your arms straight.

It combines three key stages:
✅ The pull — pulling yourself high enough to get your chest towards and over the bar.
✅ The transition — bringing your shoulders above the bar as your wrists turn over.
✅ The press — pushing yourself up to finish with straight arms.

You’ll work your back, shoulders, arms, chest and core, developing upper-body strength, grip, coordination and body control.

Kipping muscle ups use a controlled swing and hip drive to help create upward momentum. Strict muscle ups remove that swing and demand more pulling and pressing strength.

Working towards your first one? We coach the foundations, from controlled swings and strong pull-ups to transition drills and straight-bar dips. Progressions for your level, with coaching throughout 👊

STRENGTH IS THE FOUNDATION. 💪

We train strength to build muscle, make everyday tasks easier and give you more control and confidence in your movements.

Squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls carry over into our workouts, sport and life outside the gym.

That’s why we train them consistently, focus on technique and gradually build the challenge. Whatever your starting point, there’s a weight and variation for you.

Get stronger in the gym. Feel the difference outside it.

GET STRONGER. TRACK IT. PROVE IT. 💪

Our strength movements build the foundations for everything else — stronger muscles, better control and more confidence under the bar.

We repeat them because consistent training gets results. Record your weights, reps and sets on our bespoke training app, included in your membership, so you know what you lifted last time and what to aim for next.

Less guesswork. More progress.
