Save to your - SK8 STYLE - collection you are going to start now! 😉

Trog Note:
I first saw this style trick done by veteran half pipe skaters in my local scene when I was younger guys like Mike @haugenflip and Mark @mark_muller and Justin @bustinjustin90 ,all did this move when warming up. it took me a few falls to try to figure out the timing but since then, I have had it the rest of my life and on top of that none of those falls really hurt or mattered at all it was just figuring out the timing of the jump off the back foot onto the board while looking and shifting my weight forward now get after this one to add some style to your riding! Thanks to my peers mentioned above for the inspiration!

Thanks for the support

Last week another quick work trip to Minneapolis turned into a skateboarding family reunion 😃🤘🏾

Luckily, I stumbled upon the New Traditions art show—a significant gathering of Minnesota skateboarders at @familiaskate Shop and Park.

The event brought together over 40 artists and celebrated Familia’s True Heads Series 7 deck release, honoring @griptapeunicorn and @ericksonjayme for their contributions to MN skateboarding 🔥🙌🏽🔥

Huge shoutout to #EmilyLandberg and @sjnesser for making it happen.

Select featured artists: @el_mn_op (know other artist names? Dm)

Best part of the night? Catching up with long-time friends, brothers, sisters, and legends of the MN skateboarding community: @mfdoon @diemsi @dan_l_jackson @brianpowerperry @jammin_73 @mark_muller @dave.shyne @toddbratrud and many more

Always stoked to see how vibrant skateboarding culture runs in the homeland and how it keeps growing while honoring its roots.

Huge thanks to @rollwithramparts for having me out and @skaterapolis for the session the next day—it was rad (before I broke my fingers 🤕🤣).

And if you’ve read this far, you were probably there, so big luv to you all.

Also, everyone—go pick up one of the True Heads Series decks today at @familiaskate

@mark_muller has some mad skills as a contractor! He did such an amazing job on our basement remodel! Pics of our living room, laundry and bath. More to come as we just finalize some last details like door knobs and such!

Busted this retaining wall and paver “walkway/ramp/mini driveway “ for my homie @mark_muller last day and a half. The caps for the wall weren’t delivered so it’s not 100% done but pretty damn close. If you or anyone you know are looking for any paver or retaining walls this spring/summer, feel free to contact me!
