LIVE MUSIC making the masqueraders sway

This band is something else

a REAL BRASS BAND. 100% Human energy, intuition, intelligence, memory, skill and grit.

NO ableton/voice samples
NO drum machine
NO percussion loops
NO synth brass
NO pre-recorded NADA

plenty soca bands hiding behind all of the above and calling it “live”……..

S/O to this vocal frontline feat. road Chantuelle Roger George on incredible lead vocals in this clip.

Enter: The Dragon’s Mouth 🐲🍸
That was the name of the signature cocktail greeting guests at the #PleasantviewAudiobook launch lime. Swipe for the vibes.➡️

The producer, @c15studios brought together some of my favourite people in the rootsy-elegant warmth of The Crapaud Foot restaurant to celebrate this landmark moment. Lorraine was the consummate hostess.

Odiyo @getodiyo even teleported in from Jamaica to share their excitement as the first home of this audiobook. #PanCaribbeanTings 🇯🇲🇹🇹🇧🇧

And listen—what is a Caribbean lime without ole-talk and bacchanal?
Myron B, former Extempo Monarch (and one of the voices in the audiobook), delivered a performance for the ages. D man extempo on everything—romance, money, panties—yes, you read that right. 🤭

Some highlights:
✅️ The original Bruce Cayonne Pleasantview sign on full display @iamthesignman
✅️ Excellent food (that fry fish was a whole mood 😋)
✅️ Social media schooling from the mavens themselves, Sophie and Cindy

We ended the evening by creating a keepsake: a Pleasantview poster signed by everyone there.

Thank you, Lord. Blessings to all who came out and made the night unforgettable. My heart OVER-full. ❤️🎧
