This evening I tried out a new route after work, I thought it would be fun running somewhere different but turns out I got quite bored quite quickly as I've seen it all before while sat in the traffic when driving 😂

I still had good fun though and a good old chinwag with my hubby @markbeatsyesterday after work was just what I needed 🥰

I think it's officially time to get the leggings and long sleeves out, I was absolutely freezing the whole time! 🥶😂

What a great morning that was with the best running crew!

After feeling crappy with a cold all week, I finally woke up feeling more human this morning so braved the cold for a run with these amazing guys and I'm so glad I did! 🥰

My chest still felt a bit tight so I took it at a steady pace and still came out with 30 minutes 29 seconds finish time!

Chatting over a coffee afterwards was so lush! Looking forward to our future ventures already!

Really love this running community ❤️

I am absolutely amazed that I got another loss this week! Another 1.5lbs off!! That's 5 weeks of losses now! This hasn't happened for a long time!

It definitely goes to show that trusting in the plan definitely works! & I also upped my running this week too so I think just getting out and moving more has helped me to stay focused 😊

A lovely family Saturday morning at my Halloween obsessed nephew's birthday party 👻 @markbeatsyesterday took the weight loss too far this week, he's a mere skeleton 💀😂

Only 2lbs to go til target now! Wonder if I will get it next week?? .... 👀

Yesterday we clocked up a massive 10 mile run all the way to Pershore & back to Evesham! With a quick stop off for coffee of course! 😁

I contemplated a lot of things on this run, especially about how this time last year I still did everything I could to avoid running and now I love it!

It was such a physical and mental battle on this long run, I did think about turning back many times and getting the car 😂 but having @markbeatsyesterday with me kept me going 🥰

That second to last hill absolutely killed me, I ended up walking it but keeping moving in anyway is what it's all about, it doesn't matter how slow you are, I am so proud I just got out there and gave it my best go, definitely felt like I achieved something good yesterday and still feeling proud today 💪🏼

Thank you @mcflymusic for bringing the tunes that keep me going every time ❤️

From our recent @jdseasonings haul, kofta kebabs were the first up to be made!

I'm very lucky that my husband @markbeatsyesterday loves cooking so he is the featured chef here! He had this cooked ready for when I came back from the gym 🥹🥰

Mix the seasoning with 5% fat lean beef mince & divide it up & shape however you like. We had lots of peppers and mushrooms to use up so we chopped these up and added them to some skewers along with the beef.

Cooked in the air fryer for about 12 minutes.

Also made some salt, pepper and thyme carrot chips for an SP meal on the @slimmingworld plan

Served with a mixed leaf salad, you could also have it with a pitta bread if you have a HEX to use. I used 1 SWIP for some chilli jam as it's my fave but you could have light mayo or whatever it is you like 😊

It was such a great meal, very filling and very tasty! Definitely would have again! 😋

What a way to start a Sunday morning with the @thenations5k in Worcester with the most incredible and inspirational @esmee_ldn

Absolutely loved this run and getting to meet and chat with so many lovely people 🥰

We were also lucky enough to be joined by the amazing legend @alisonhammond55 🤩

Thank you all so much for such an epic morning, running for those who couldn't ❤️

After a very busy day rushing around watching @markbeatsyesterday running the Cheltenham half marathon, it was a quick and easy tea for us!

@slimmingworld hunters chicken & chips from @thefoodwarehouseuk served with tenderstem 😋 so delicious and filling! The BBQ sauce tasted exactly like what you would get in a pub!

I didn't add cheese and I wanted to save my HEX for hifi bars or a pancake for pudding but you totally could add your cheese allowance too! 😊

Over 18000 steps clocked and over 7 miles covered on foot! 2 miles of which I ran too!

I think I deserve I well earnt rest now 😴

I was meant to have such a productive day today but I woke up and didn't feel like doing anything at all 🙈 so I listened to my body and had a nice lazy morning and a slow start to the afternoon.

We were determined to get out for a run today despite the weather and I'm so glad we did! Felt so much better for it afterwards and I really enjoyed the scenery on a new route and the drizzle of rain was quite refreshing, it's surprising how muggy it was today! 🥵

Came home to dinner all ready for us, the slow cooker is our saviour! 🙌🏻 I do love a curry on a Sunday, it's so warming and comforting and one of my favourite meals!

Completely free on @slimmingworld plan and 1 HEX for the SW naan - so happy we can enjoy these guilt free! 😍

I'm a bit late posting as I had a busy day yesterday but yesterday's first weigh in for September was another that I didn't understand, I gained another pound after another great week 100% on plan and I did some brilliant workouts too! 🤯

I won't lie, I really did feel like giving up afterwards and calling target but part of me just didn't quite feel happy with that.

So I went and did parkrun and after smashing another PB I felt so much better, I CAN do this! 💪🏼

We had a nice little jaunt out to Broadway for lunch at Hunter's Tea Rooms where @markbeatsyesterday treated me to a lovely meal 🥰 I had a jacket potato without butter, baked beans, salad no dressing and honey roast ham, completely free on @slimmingworld plan & it was so delicious! Highly recommend this cafe! 😋

Hopefully get the results I want next week, 12lbs to target! 🤞🏼
