Just because someone says that this is the opportunity, doesn’t mean that it’s truly meant for you. Some doors that swing open aren’t always the best option for us. Make sure you’re evaluating opportunities logically and not just emotionally. It may help you avoid certain issues on your way to where you’re going.

When people from your past pop up and say that you’ve helped them in some way (inspiration, encouragement, monetarily) it does something for your soul. I know it’s helped me to stay grateful and on that path. Thank you to those who have been instrumental in so many facets of my life. Because of your kindness and generosity, I can turn and give that same energy to someone who needs it.

Moving forward requires that you separate from some things. Old habits, poor thinking, disruptive language, and draining relationships are all examples. In order to get to next level, some things need to go. Finding that dividing line may be difficult but it has to happen if you desire new goals and outcomes. “I Just Need a Minute.” Available on Amazon. God bless and keep pushing!

Have you ever been guilty of accusing someone of knowing better when they didn’t? I have and it may have ruined an opportunity to teach someone how to get to the point of knowing what it is I thought they should. When working with others, you have to meet them where they are often, and not where you think they should be. Take the time to walk them through it. It will test your patience and resolve but in the end, you may have helped to elevate them.
It’s easy to tear down, but much more fulfilling to build up. “I Just Need a Minute.” Available on Amazon. God bless and keep pushing!

A major part about trying to get better each day is the silent part. The time and effort you spend by yourself doing the work. The reading, the exercising, the journaling, the meditation and prayer. Trying to find where you’re weak and chipping away at the solutions. It all leads to what you present. Putting in those extra efforts will eventually show others what you’ve been grinding for. “I Just Need a Minute.” Available on Amazon. God bless and keep pushing!

We are often pulled into a lot of situations because of who we are. Sometimes situations cause you to believe that without you giving your energy to it, it won’t succeed or come to the place others may be envisioning. Learning to not overextend yourself because you believe that you “have to,” or because you don’t want to disappoint others is extremely important. Drawing a line can help create the discipline needed to fight another day. “I Just Need a Minute.” Available on Amazon. God bless and keep pushing!
