✨ Meet Markelle Grabo! ✨

📖 Featured book: The Redwood Bargain
📚 Genre: Teen

@markellegrabo rewrites the fairy tales that annoy her, which she says is nearly all of them. Her books mix woodsy atmosphere with sapphic longing, and her debut, Call Forth a Fox, retold “Snow White and Rose Red.” She lives near Chicago with her husband and two very fluffy cats. The Redwood Bargain is a gothic fantasy inspired by the Brothers Grimm and Downton Abbey. To save her cousin, Katrien volunteers to marry the monster in the woods, and then she falls for the girl he originally claimed.

🧌Monster New Releases🧌

Today's new release list is all about monsters! Zombies, killer plants, demons, scary fey, ghouls and more!!

This is a wide range of reads from lightly spooky to truly terrifying and just about every kind of monster you can imagine!

From this list I have already read Gingerbread Bones a loose spooky YA Hansel and Gretel retelling.

I'm most excited to read:

🧟 Hopeless Necromantic @shiloh.briar
She raises hell. He raises the dead. What could go wrong?

🧟What Feeds Below @thebuffwriter
Dystopian, treasure hunting and scary plants!

🧟Scorpion Deep @paperfury
Ocean themed botanical horror?! Yes please.

🧟Shadow Over The Pumpkin Queen @meganshepherdauthor
I've loved all the pumpkin queens so much!

Which one of these delightful monstress books catches your eye most?

****Instagram is marking anything made on canva as AI 🫠 I promise I made these my self 💗
