Today, I hit a milestone and achieved a goal I’ve been working toward for quite some time.

To be completely transparent, when I first joined F45, I didn’t give it 100%. At first, it was just a place I could go to, somewhere to try and fit in with a community of like minded people. Never in a million years did I think I would build lifelong friendships or become someone who truly couldn’t wait to get to the gym every single day. 🥹🙏

Along the way, I’ve pushed myself to become the best version of me. I’ve set high goals, achieved those goals, and put in the work mentally, spiritually, and physically. It hasn’t been easy. 💪🙏

Depression is real. There were days filled with immense pain, sadness, and loneliness. But no matter how hard it got, I never gave up on myself.🫶🫶

I truly believe everyone deserves to feel their best. Move your body. Eat healthy. Get enough sleep. Say no to the things that pull you away from your goals. I’ll be the first to admit I’ve made mistakes, some involving alcohol and there are moments I look back on with regret. But growth comes from learning, showing up, and continuing to move forward.

If you’re feeling lonely, sad, or struggling with something in your life, get up, get out of bed, walk into that gym, and give it everything you’ve got. I promise you, you’ll never regret betting on yourself.

Here’s to 900 workouts. Here’s to showing up for myself 900 times. Here’s to the friendships, the memories, the growth, and the person I’m still becoming. 🥰♥️👏🫶

This is only the beginning. Thank You to each of you for showing up to today! Truly thankful 🥹 Thank You @f45_training_heath @natejohnson___ @raychelmartin @danasedig for pushing me!

Thank You @markiekinney for pushing me and inspiring me. I met you around 400 workouts in, and you pushed me harder! I love you!!!! 🥹🫶

Member of the Month Spotlight 🌟

Tim has been a part of the F45 family for four years, and fitness has become a consistent part of his routine and lifestyle. What started as a place to work out quickly became much more — a strong community filled with support, encouragement, and motivation.

One of Tim’s favorite things about F45 is the friendly competition that constantly pushes him to improve and challenge himself. He also loves the supportive and inclusive environment that makes everyone feel welcome, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. 💪🔥
