POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

4 years ago on a sunny Friday in our beloved city we got married. And since then we are building this life together as we can, with ups and downs, kids, relocations, life changing decisions. We fight like crazy and want to get divorced every few months. But one thing stays the same: I love you wholeheartedly as you are with all your stupid habits. And I think this is what true love is. Love you my darling and let’s continue this crazy rollercoaster journey called marriage. Video by @markiethepirate 😅#weddings

SMEG x Porsche⁩⁩⁩

I lost everything in one year. Money, direction, my marriage, my dream.

Two things got me through - myself. And my teacher.

I’ve always been into fitness, always active. But fighting? Never. I stumbled across David @shadowdhaliva started taking lessons - and honestly, I didn’t recognize myself anymore. In the best way.

David teaches Krav Maga - he trains military and police forces worldwide. He also teaches the Shadow method - a style built around one idea: don’t start the fight. Avoid it. But if it finds you - you’re ready.

This isn’t about being scared. It’s about letting yourself be strong.

We recorded a podcast together - real self-defense moves, stuff anyone can use, zero experience needed. Coming soon. Hit the link in bio and subscribe to my new English YouTube channel so you don’t miss it.
I already have 30K on my Russian channel - now building this one from scratch.

Come support me, it really means a lot. 🔥
