Well, I guess this is 40. 🤷🏽‍♂️👴🏼👨🏽‍🌾

It’s surreal to stop and think about where I imagined I’d be at this age... Is it everything I dreamed of? Not exactly. But l’ve come to really love this version of myself: more mature (most days 🥴), more grounded, more open to change, and more in tune with who I am.

I’ve learned it’s okay to alter your path. It’s okay to struggle, to ask for help, to be patient, to choose kindness... Most of all, l’ve learned that life is short—and we owe it to ourselves to find what brings us joy. 🕊️

What I feel most today is gratitude-for the love that surrounds me: my family, friends, colleagues, and my patients. For the chance to do what I love every day, even on those harder days.
And for the hope that maybe I’ve added something meaningful to the lives around me...🙏

Thanks to all of you for being such integral characters in my story... for your constant support, and for accepting me as l am. ❤️
