POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

yesterday’s @markivalnz haul! i love supporting local business and i love the vibe at markival, so have been squirrelling away for a splurge. i am generally trying to accumulate less material possessions now that i am aiming to fit everything i own into a tiny space, plus budget constraints are a thing… so i only got gifts for others and a few small housewarming (vanwarming?) things… look at my scooooores:

- GORGEOUS Indonesian throw from @thecrystaldelhi. this was on display and i was immediately drawn to the rich colours. it will bring so much vibrancy to the space, and will make a lovely light covering for the hot summer nights coming... plus bonus picnic blanket!

- beautiful @baymadenz moon wall hanging! 🌙 i absolutely adore my baymade moon shelf that i got at the last markival, but sadly it cannot fit in my van. but this can! just! also scored a cute wooden jar holder that will be useful for organising art supplies and miscellaneous things. and i was gifted the smudge stick! 😍 i love it, thank you.

- herbal smoke blend from @persephone_potions. smells amazing! can’t wait to try.🌿

- art print by @s.m.artbysarahingram. i love the style and it reminded me of my dear little bird friend. ❤️

- clear quartz keyring 🔮 i’m not sure whose stall this was from!

- and the most special treasure of all, which i will write more about in a future post… a stunning blue kyanite & biotite mica pendant from @mudbody. i have admired Mudbody’s work from afar for a long time, but for reasons i may or may not get into later, the time wasn’t right for me to wear something new around my neck, until now. i feel incredibly blessed to have claimed this piece. i won’t wear it every day, but for certain special occasions. this is a powerful stone! it will be cherished and treated with utmost respect. ❤️

huge thanks to all the wonderful local creators, performers and organisers of markival. it’s always such a good atmosphere. i wish i could have bought something from everyone. bring on the next one! ❤️🌙🔮🎪
